with major operational, resident relations and rent collection problems.
Served on Rockland Rent Control Board for 5 years. Directed successful
federal/state litigation and settlement with Town of Rockland regarding
rent control ordinance enacted in 2006 unfavorable to HTA business
interests. Project Manager with direct responsibility and oversight for

$1 million in damage repairs to building from Hurricane Wilma with minimal

oversight of $4M building renovation project including concrete, balcony
and interior renovation and restoration.
