Turnaround of 1 55+ and 2 family land/lease communities totaling 520 homes

with major operational, resident relations and rent collection problems.

Served on Rockland Rent Control Board for 5 years. Directed successful

federal/state litigation and settlement with Town of Rockland regarding

rent control ordinance enacted in 2006 unfavorable to HTA business

interests. Project Manager with direct responsibility and oversight for

development and construction of 20 unit land /lease sub-division in

Rockland from permitting to completion. Chosen as MHA Community of the

condominium with 32 boat slip marina, restaurant and 32 member staff

$1 million in damage repairs to building from Hurricane Wilma with minimal

impact to residents. Project Manager with direct responsibility and

oversight of $4M building renovation project including concrete, balcony

and interior renovation and restoration.

for many associations while maintaining or increasing existing coverage

irrigation reconstruction project for 2400 unit homeowners association.
