RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Procurement/Inventory Skills . Utilizes Purchasing
Card with a monthly allotment of 10K
to initiate orders to vendors as needed or when par levels are low.
Purchasing Card usage for
non drug items (i.e. IV hood certification, ancillary and packaging
supplies). Reconcile monthly on our Strategic Account Management
log and generate expense log report. Run report on expired
medications, remove from shelf, pack and return them to an
allocated destination.
Pharmacy Technician Skills . Quality Control involves checking
temperatures in specific areas of the Pharmacy and logging them in.
Calibration of IV pump when needed, keep pharmacy clean. Fill all
prescriptions by selecting, comparing lot numbers, dates to
generated compounding records, then labeling and package them.
Also specialization in sterile products.
Administrative Skills . Direct communication with vendors, file
vendor invoices by date and year. Manage clinical charts, setting
them up by demographics, physician, nurses and progress notes.
File all compounding records, labs and prescriptions. Thin and
discharge patients as needed. Also I am literate in Microsoft
Office.
