PERSONAL OBJECTIVE INTRODOUCTION: I bring Consistent, Accurate, Safety Orientated, ABOVE THE BARE
MINIMUM WORK ETHIC, COMMUNICATION SKILLS and Desire to your work place. Striving to both expand my

5 years experience in an Industry/Manufacturing and Production work facility.
•
5 years experience licensed on multiple lift trucks as well as overhead crane.
•
Possess college level Communication, English and Speech credits.
•
Since age 14 cutting grass professionally, to driving forklifts in the warehouse recently I have worked
•
for everything I have. Capable of 7 days a week, 12 16 hours a day 365 days a year.
This is my view and my own experience on how businesses work in today’s manufacturing/production industry. You must
push to strive to hit numbers while performing all tasks desired. Management will try to control the supply and demand for
accountable, knowledgeable, trustworthy workers who are also dependable, committed, and teachable. Safety awareness is
always held high as a main goal. However, managers are more focused on keeping employees motivated enough to perform
their required duties, ending with the desired Product or Quota. I am capable of accomplishing above and beyond the
previous mentioned, and the minimum desired tasks in the work place. I will always follow through, and do my job
accurately.
I am Early to bed early to rise, Early to clock in daily, and always give myself time to properly prepare for my day. I
live a Healthy lifestyle and provide for my wife and home. I take pride in every aspect of my life including work and
family. In my eyes, as an employee, any task is feasible when you push yourself to be better than average. Today’s
standardized work is great for bare minimum workers. However, I wish to be challenged and pushed for numbers
and accuracy. Perseverance and intelligent problem solving characteristics that I possess guide me at any dead end.
I am able to solve most work issues on my own, although I never have a problem asking questions if needed. This is
just a mere introduction of myself, and I assure you I can back every word on the floor as an employee.
Employment Experience
Inergy (UAW) Fuel Tank Assembly Plant Sept 2012 Aug 2013
Inergy is made up of the typical Manufacturing and Production lines, fed by plastic molded tanks that are produced
into fully functional fuel tanks. The tanks are molded in air pressure molds, dropped, cut, cooled, and boroscoped for quality.
Each Production line is responsible to hit a quota 360 tanks a night is what the quota was before I started to drive Hilo. On
average a line would run 45 55 tanks an hour. When I worked the line, we would push over 70 tanks an hour, which
led to the line reaching our quotas hours before the deadlines. Unfortunately, we were not separately monitored which
caused management to question why the numbers had jumped. From my standpoint, it was obvious. I always strive to be the
hardest working, safest, accurate, courteous, coachable, and reliable employee no matter the business.
Jaytec LLC (non UAW) Rolling Tube Steel Mill Feb 2012 Aug 2012
This plant was by far the biggest learning experience in my life. At Jaytec I learned how to fully set up, run,
and change over rolling tube steel mills. Jaytec had three mills each producing its own special pieces. As a new employee,
you start at the bottom hard labor jobs, working your way up to operator assistant or Steel Mill Operator. Within the first
three weeks I was hired, management had professed that they intended to train me to be an Operator, noticing that I was
much more capable than many of the other workers in the factory to excel. Before my three month probationary period
was over, I was licensed and driving forklifts and side loaders. I trained for four months on each of the three mills
as an operator. When I had an issue I couldn’t resolve I would call my supervisor. I was new, wanting to be the best mill
operator, producing solid quality parts. I had a strong ability to problem solve, along with recent employment experience, and
an Eager Positive attitude. I was ready to be taught the proper engineering of the mill. Shortly after training I was firing up
all three mills without assistance, completing my required paperwork, leading my crew, setting up, and starting up .
After all I had learned, and all the new tasks I was performing, I was valuable enough to receive “fill in pay”. This is only
available to a person with a current job title, training to be an operator. This was my situation exactly, and was not
compensated for my work. In this organization without a Union, I contacted HR and a Supervisor. There was no feedback
from management or attention to the matter, therefore, I resigned.
Meijer Distribution Center (UAW) Product Manufacturing and Distribution 2009 2011
Meijer Distribution Center is one of three centers that supply every Meijer store in the Middle Eastern part of the
United States. When held Responsible for the frozen and refrigeration department a worker begins as an entry level Hand
Selector. This is a very simple workload. You receive an ORDER or “pick”, travel (MID/FRONT Rider) which isles directed by
the pick, wrap up, tag out and distribute the finished pallet at the ending dock door. Given a set time, formulated by their
experts, our job was to safely and accurately select items at a 95% of there formulated time. The process of work was simple,
and my work ethic quickly perfected this task. Within my first two days, I was pulling 125%, and much higher on every
type of order. Whether it was the Freezer at 12, the Fridge at 32, or the meat room at 38, at the same time, I was safe,
accurate, and efficient. This was the Freezer Department; entirely the warehouse consists of three departments Grocery,
Produce, and Freezer. Our board of supervisors and ce0’s elected me to be a part of the Meijer Safety Committee, so I
could be the one Properly training the new employees coming in. To the management it was simple. I had picked up
there own procedure, altered a few things, and put the selector into turbo drive, which allowed me to have 23 workers under
my seniority trained properly and fully understanding of the safety guidelines which I would require them to list and repeat
daily during my week of their training process.
