Project Manager for a new website-portal for Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS)
Developer Program. HCS is Cisco’s hosted “cloud” VoIP solution utilizing UC on UCS (Unified
Communication on Unified Computing System). The website provides targets 3rd party (outside of
Cisco) programmers that want to develop applications for HCS. Managed a national team of
multi-discipline engineers, architects, web consultants, program managers, product manager,
security offices, compliant groups, sales, marketing, and other stake holders.
Project Team Member for Cisco HCS Software Releases. Supported multiple projects teams for
multilple software releases. Teams consisted of inter-departmental disciplines, third party
collaborative global companies, marketing groups, and testing labs that were located globally.
Supported the resolutions of “user stories”, tracking “bug-fixes”, “testing”, “translations”,
“compliancy”, “standardization” and other release-affecting issues. Both Agile and Waterfall
project methodologies were utilized simultaneously by various groups.
IT Project Manager for a $7M Cisco UC on UCS and LAN Upgrade for Space Systems Loral
Corporation (Palo Alto, CA). Project consisted of dual Nexus-7000 core switches, 3000+ VoIP
phones, 211 data switches, data center fabric interconnection, call center, video conference
rooms, etc. Multi-faceted project that also included new fiber, new building construction, data
closets redesign, and new SIP trunks.
Implementation Project Manager and Field Engineer for over 300+ projects for the design and
installation of Wireless LANS and Network Bridges. Projects locations were all over the US.
Clients were various enterprises, schools and universities, and municipalities (courts, police and
fire departments, and water districts).

• Used AirMagnet to survey and design wireless networks, and later for verification and
acceptance testing.

• The wireless APs ( access points) and controllers predominately installed, were Cisco and
Aruba products. A variety of other products were incorporated into the design: antennas,
