Stream lined the configuration process for the Construction Battalion Centers,
SEABEE's unit. I provided proper guidance for reporting hardware equipment into
CDMD-OA. All logistic deliveries and alterations submission for delivery of SCLSIS
reports to program managers correctly equipment to assist sailors with logistics.

As Configuration Management, maintained Hardware and Software configuration for
Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) MK 1, onboard LSD 41/49 Class ships and RAIDs',
AN/UYQ-17 onboard FFG 7 Class Ships Was configuration manager for BFTT, BEWT,
and TSSS. SHIPMAIN Entitled Process Submitter for JSIPS, DCGS-N, JFCN, MK 86,

I have provided technical support in planning, development and implementation for all
engineering change proposals. Approved Integration Logistics Supportability and
Certifications (ILS) for assigned combat weapon systems. Coordinate Logistics with all
logistics element managers (Provisioning, Maintenance Planning, Supply Support,
Technical Manuals, Planned Maintenance, (Interactive Course Development) for
support and delivery of equipment and system alterations.
Support Integrated Logistics Managers for the programs listed above with validation of
installation fielding plans, configuration managed and reported via Configuration Data
Managers Database-Open Architecture (CDMDOA). Participated and supported Naval
NetwarFORCEnet Enterprise (NCMC) for all equipment, system alterations for C41
and C51 programs. Interfaced with Department of Defense agencies such as; NAVSEA
04, PEO IWS 1CM, NAVSEA 05 in reviewing guidance documentation. Nomenclature
requester for the following programs: AN/SPY-3 and AN/SPY-4. DUAL BAND
RADAR, AN/UYQ-70, SACC-A, AFATDS, CEDS and CEPS.
Support the following combat systems for Fleet Modernization Support; Rolling
Airframe Missile System (RAM), Underway Replenishment (UNREP), SSDS MK 2
and AEGIS Combat Systems. Manage the following databases: Navy Data Environment
(US Navy) NM, EP, ILS, Afloat Master Planning System (AMPS), CDMDOA,
NAVICP Weapons System File. Joint Electronics Type Designation Automated Systems,
(JEDTAS-ARMY), WISE, PEO IWS ICM Database which holds all the WARFARE
Systems Installation Diagrams (WSIDS). NAVSEACENLOG Database which is used to
request assignments of Equipment Identification Codes (EIC's), also for Hierarchy
Structure Codes (HSC) and Service Application Codes (SAC).
Participated in the Program Acquisition Resource Manager conferences in support of
SSDS MK 1. Provided training for new Entitled Process submitters by authority of
Program Executive Officer Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS 1).
Expert relating to Configuration Data Managers Database Open Architecture
(CDMDOA) as I have successfully trained new employees.
As a Life Cycle Manager I have been able to relate all the aspects of Configuration
Management. Routinely coordinate, collaborate and train personnel assigned to
NAVSEA Warfare Centers under PEO IWS jurisdiction for successful implementation
of Fleet Modernization Policies. Have successfully supported SPAWAR, NAVAIR and
Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Det, Virginia Beach with implementation
of SHIPMAIN.
Successfully conducted SHIPMAIN training for all of the Ship Self Expeditionary
Warfare Department at NSWCPHD. Have participated in n rewriting of the
Configuration Management Plan for PEO IWS 1. Submissions of Target Configuration
Date (TCD) Naval Messages for approval to NETWARCOM via TYCOM's. Coordinate
TCD approvals and TYCOM endorsements in a timely manner. Participate in the
Electronic Configuration Control boards. Have written an Executive Summary for PMS
317.
Combat System Ships Qualification Trials Coordinator:

Coordinated Combat Systems Ships schedules with Officer In Charge. Coordinator
ships schedules with Commander, Naval Fleet Surface Forces Atlantic, Commander
Naval Fleet Air Forces Pacific for missiles firing exercises. Coordinated the entire
missile firing exercise, a three (3) week evolution for a complete success. The
following combat systems where all part of a CSSQT evolution: NSSMS, RAM,
RADARS I.E. (SPQ-9A, SPS-73; MK 86, ETC).
