. Wrote Scoping documents for projects, gathered high level business

requirements from stakeholders and developed lower level functional and

technical requirements submitted to vendor.

. Created tasks in Changepoint to store the SDMs from Requirements

Gathering, Written Test Cases, and Test results created in HP Quality

Center. Followed software development life cycle,

. Projects and tasks required using SQL to find loans for testing

recently identified problem with Servicing IVR where customers reported

past two years.

. GSERV(DNA External Tab): Provided the UAT, data validation on DW Delta

File sent to DNA used to load DNA External Tab, tested external tab, and

created quality center defects. Used SQL to pull data directly from the

data warehouse to validate the data that was created in GSERV DELTA the

file sent to DNA to populate the new External Tab.

. Western Union (WU): Wrote the quality center Test Cases, UAT, document WU

Flow (WU's was wrong)and Data Validation on file sent to WU. Used SQL to

pull data directly from the data warehouse to validate the data that was

created in the Western Union Customer Status file sent to Western Union

to populate the new External Tab.

. Servicing IVR & MyLoans: Provided the UAT ran quality center Test Cases,

used SQL to find loans that would match the test case scenarios that were

running. Review requirements, created and ran Test Cases, summarize,

document, and communicate test results, including any issues uncovered in

HP Quality Center. Utilized SQL privileges to help gather loans that met

testing scenarios and file data validation for GSERV and Western Union

files sent from Flagstar's Data Warehouse to the vendors.
