Represented Company in contract negotiations and dispute resolution meetings. Worked along with JWP Corporate Counsel to prepare entitlement presentation that resulted in recovery of over $800,000.00 in entitlement for extra-work imposed by the Owner.

Senior Rail Transit Inspector

Facilitated the installation of specialty electrical systems required for the Light Rail Train Systems with the advanced electrical systems required for a modern freeway systems as a Senior Inspector for the Caltrans Integration Team Instituted a “Partnering” approach to providing clarification of construction complexities at the field level for the benefit of the Owner and Contractors. Performed and participated in inspections and tests to ensure complete conformance with plans and specifications by the Contractors. Observed and catalogued all activities of the contractors performing the Work.

Conferred with the Owners Architects and Engineers to in sure that all electrical requirements for the development were satisfied.
