My duties consist of following recipes, adding ingredients into the

cooker, cooking sauces, cool sauces and prepare them for

production. I also check machines to make sure that they are

functioning properly as well as checking the quality of our products.

Assembly Line/Quality Gate

My job was to check quality, make sure the cases were good. Make

sure the person before me had put correct parts into engine, mark

the cases, and send on down the line to be assembled.

My job was to take care of guest needs, wait tables, cleaning dinning

room. I was also the banker. We did not have cash register, we

handled all of the money from guest right out of our pocket.
