Description The product is web-based tool, developed to help the client to track business

issues. The products function is to track and maintain data and issues online.

The major work packages involved were:

Data Import:- This package was used to import the data from Excel sheets,

having all the relevant details. The data imported through this module was

further used for processing. Individual batches were created for each

excel import.

Batch Allocation:- The data imported into the system are then divided

into batches and allocated to the users. The allocation was done in

two ways, either the entire batch (containing multiple forms) were

allocated to the user, or form level allocation was done. The users then

perform the DE and QC was done.

Data Tracker:- The data allocated to the users was then processed as per DE &

QC norms. In case of any issues observed during data tracking, was captured in

the issuelog. And if the form was submitted sucessfully then it was forwarded for

QC processing.

Issue Tracker:- It contains the details of all the forms which got captured in

issuelog. The issues from issue tracker was allocated to the users for the

follow-up and resolution.

Responsibility Project Analysis – Analyzing the existing application.

Co-ordinate with the team for the required changes over phone.

Introduce enhancements as requested in Ticket details

Integration testing.

Handover the code to the team lead for deployment.

Description Campus Management-Talisma Fundraising project was intended for building and

enhancing relationships with supporters using the product based solution. My work was

development of the ‘Online Fundraising Module’. This module enables supporters to

make donation & pledges quickly and easily, thus reducing manual and paper intensive

work. It enables members and donors to update the account and address information

online. Also the honor memorial gifts were distributed through the online system.

The Project was based on MVC3 development model. It is developed using Service

Oriented Architecture and OOPs concept for keeping every entity in a loosely coupled

way. Front end designing done in HTML4 using HTML helpers, CSS and third party

Infragistics controls in the View (UI) of the Project. Agile methodology was followed for

the Project development.

Description Campus Management-SOA Migration: The project scope was to develop a learning

management system for f education domain. The project was developed using Service

Oriented Architecture (SOA). The project development was carried in a way that every

independent entity, integrated with each other in a loosely coupled way through services.

The Architecture had six layers i.e. Composite, Accessor, Gateway, Service, Proxy and

UI. The benefit of having the entity loosely coupled is the reusability.

Responsibility Project Analysis- Analyzing the work package at the start of the sprint

from onsite BA. Analysis of SOA ML diagram, Class diagram, Datamodel

Diagram provided by client.

Development – Coding at all different layers and creating WCF services.

Code Review- Doing peers code review for

Name of the Project Online Payroll and Billing Software

Client CPBS & Hexaware Finance

Description The project requirement was to have a software for the Finance department for tracking

the effort spent by different projects and generate billing to the client for those efforts

spent on the projects.

So the software was required to be used by different offices of the organization, for

entering the billing details for the projects, which have been executed from their offices.

Based on these details the finance department would generate the invoices for the

client, These invoices were generated in crystal report.

Responsibility My primary responsibilities included Requirements gathering, high level design,

coding and unit testing. The modules for the software development done by me

are as follows:

Master Modules were Project, Client, Currency, Rate, Others (such as

Country, Billing Types, Domain etc)

Billing Types where i) Transaction ii) T&M, iii) Fixed

These modules were accesable to the TL & PM who are involved in the Billing

process of individual team member. In transaction billing,the software form

was filled with details such as team members, no. Of transactions carried out,

etc and submitted online to the Finance department on monthly basis. In the

same way, in case of T&M billing, the billing was done on the basis of amount

of time spent on the project for catering to the volume of

work received from the client.

Invoice Generation:- Invoice was generated on the monthly basis which

included the project details, billing amount, client,currency details etc. It is

developed in Crystal report and the output was generated in the pdf format.

Reports:- i) Invoice report, ii) Billing Report, iii) Other report

Report is generated on various search criterias such as Month & Year, Project,

Client, Invoice no. Etc. Other report includes the report which gives the result

in the Query builder form.

Unit Testing

Tracked & resolved production support issues and bug fixes.

Taken various presentation and KT sessions for other team members .

Also involved in further enhancements of the project on the existing modules as

well as some new enhancements.

performance appraisal.

upload, Supported the roll-out of these module . Also proper user Access rights

were developed in this module, so that the module is only available for the

employees who had been designated the role of manager in the organization.

Reports:- Development of report for the same was also carried out. These reports

were related to PMS, confirmation and Appraisal. These reports were developed

in ASP.

Description The project was for a Indian group of company (Modi Group). The project was for

development of website for the school.

It provides the complete information about the school on the net.

The main functions to be catered by the software were to manage admin,

manage alumni, manage Library section, manage Gallery, Add/manage Notice

board etc.

One of the main part of the application is alumni Registration, and

management. And the registered members are either approved or rejected by

the School admin.

The system had the facility to upload to the new notice, functions, new articles

to be posted on the net as well as school magazine.

It provides the easy way of online registration and online admission by filling

the detailed form online.

The use of a third party tool i.e. Telerik chart was also done
