2 presses on afternoon shift (alternating from presses on basis of heaviest load for each press).
Directly supervise 15 Production employees, 1 Metal Checker/Supervisor Trainee, 2 Maintenance, 1 Quality
Assurance and 2 Die Shop employees. Indirectly supervise Shipping and Packing, I Supervisor, I Loader and 8
Packers for a total of 31 employees.
Improved production on 1250 Press by 40%, 1400 Press by 25% and 2200 Press by 25% due to
scheduling changes which utilized and transferred employees to best suited positions. Improved
employee training to reach full potential and to have a greater understanding of production process
