. Mini project :-

“REMOTE CONTROL OF HOME APPLIANCE”

Description: The system we are going to design is fully wireless control. In RF Module there

is two Parts one is Transmitter section and other is Receiver section. The RF Receiver is connected

with the Microcontroller. RF Receiver waits for the signal comes from RF Transmitter which is given

by user. When the user sends a corresponding Signal to control the device, the RF Receiver receives

the user’s signal and transfer that signal to Microcontroller. Microcontroller reads its and do the

particular operation like ON/Off the Electrical Appliances which are connected .

Major Project :-

“WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORK BASED HOME MONITORING SYSTEM FOR

WELLNESS DETERMINATION OF ELDERLY.”

Description: Elderly people desire to lead an independent lifestyle, but at old age, people

become prone to different accidents, so living alone has high risks and is recurrent. It is necessary to

monitor the activities of the elderly or handicapped persons are alone when their care-takers are not in

home. In the present work, an intelligent home monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensors

network has been designed and developed to monitor and evaluate the well-being of the elderly living

alone in a home environment. Wellness of elderly can be evaluated for forecasting unsafe situations

during monitoring of regular activities.
