MEDICAL- SURGICAL WARD
Providing total patient care to assigned group of

patients such as grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting

Ensuring the completeness of the emergency cart through
daily checking.
Performing nursing procedures needed like insertion of
nasogastric tube, indwelling Foley catheter, intravenous
line etc...
Coordinating with the members of the health team in the
management of patients.
Regularly feeding and maintaining adequate nutritional
intake of patients.
Making rounds with the physicians, discussing plan of
care and executing legal orders concerning treatments and
