Provided EHS support for multiple aerospace fuel pump facilities with
combined 420 UAW employees. Lead environmental compliance with air permit,
water permit, waste permit, and received ISO-14001 certification. Deployed
MESH requirements that include lock out tag out, confined space, and risk
assessments for both facilities at all workstations. Developed safety GEMBA
walk program to find and correct compliance related issues. Directed zero
incident culture roll out as well as safety committee meetings, ergonomics
team, and first responder team. Lead reduction efforts for greenhouse gas,
water, waste, and employee injury for both facilities. Also led machine-
guarding efforts for aerospace division.

Provided EHS support for specialty fluorescent lamp plant with 450
employees. Assist in plant compliance with Title V Permit, water permits,
hazardous waste requirements, and environmental reports (SERC, Annual
HazWaste, Form R). Review and update all EHS Frameworks and JSA's for all
employees. Update Power Mods and correct issues found during review. Lead
Safety Committee Meetings. Direct all accident investigations, assisted in
ergonomic improvements throughout plant.

Provided EHS support for various component areas of dishwasher
manufacturing facility with 1600 people. Led JSI Review for entire facility
with over 900 positions. Promoted housekeeping issues plant wide. Lead
accident investigations in component areas for recordability sessions.
