. Provide a professional, friendly and courteous service experience for

all existing and prospective tenants. Provide information regarding new

rentals, approved applications to both tenants, Agents and Landlords.

. Share information and facts with agents and Broker relevant to tenancy

and approval; perform credit checks and verification of employment & income
