Plant Process Operator

Highly qualified with more than thirteen years experienced in the operations of petrochemical/oil and gas plant H2S removal with MDEA, Desulphurization, Methane Cracker/Primary and Secondary Reformer, CO2 Removal with MDEA, Compressor and Refrigerant system with Steam Turbines as driven. Also qualified experienced in Utility Plant such as Sea water intake, Cooling water system, Desalination and Demineralization plant, Sea water Cooling tower, Boiler and Power generation, Storage tank (cap. 45.000 - 50.000 ton and -33 C and pressure 1 atm). Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure, strong leadership,, planning, organizational and computer skills (MS Word, Excel).

Responsible for entire field operations of all equipment in plant area such as Pumps, Compressors, Furnaces, Pipelines, Control valves, Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Chiller etc.

Monitor and operate all field equipment in a safe and efficient manner ensuring uninterrupted operation of plant in compliance with HSE standard and procedures.

I have experienced with pre-commissioning and commissioning plant activity such as flushing, steam blowing, loading catalyst and other.

Familiar with start up and shutdown operation normal or emergency shutdown, running test for all pumps.
