My focus at Arrow is to identify, recruit, interview and hire quality
employees for Arrow International in corporate service center and
manufacturing and support the other locations nationally. Oversee the
hourly and salaried recruitment. The resource to attend job and career
fairs. Keep job boards updated and build a network of referrals. Manage the
database of applications and resumes using PC Recruiter and Excel. Schedule
interviews with the management team and follow-up with the candidates. Test
administration and run background check including drug screening. Reference
checking and final packet presentation. Make the job offers and keep the
communication updated to the hiring team. New hire orientation, safety

Service Supervisor, Implementation Manager, On-Premise Management, Area
Manager and District Director.
District included the Counties of Cuyahoga, Lorain, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula
and Medina. Provider of staffing solutions for entry level managers, office
