2. Migration of Tax Management Application (Oct 2017 - Feb 2018) The project is to do a 1-1 migration from an old OS to Windows 10 desktop application for Tax Management of a Swiss Customer. My role in this project was to play with the old application and get used to the behaviors, then read and update the specification, finally execute the test cases (manually), report bugs, verify bugs, and update the existing test cases. 1. Oil & Gas Project - Communicate team (Jun 2017 - Sep 2017) The Project was at maintenance time. It was to maintain a set of different applications used by different Departments of an Oil & Gas company in the U.S.

Communicate application is a Windows based one which lets users of the Equipment Maintenance department get latest updates about the equipment statuses in forms of Outlook emails or Application specific messages. It also allows users to change a status of an equipment appropriately. My job in the Communicate team was to observe the existing integration behavior between Communicate application and Maintain application whenever there was a change request from the Customer, then to work with Development team and to define new integration behaviors after the change applied.

Besides, I also prepared user guide and updated other documents per request. 2. Chatbot Application Project (Mar 2017):

The Project was at bidding time. It was to create a Chatbot for Human Resource Department of an Indian branch of a U.S Health Care company. Chatbot is a Web based Application which provides online help for users entering a specific web site.
