JOB DESCRIPTION

SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR

•Practice safe working techniques and re-enforce the safety policies, guidelines and procedure set by the Company.

•Provide daily guidance and direction in EHS programs at the employee / supervisor level to ensure a common and effective approach.

•Responsible for assisting in the identification of possible losses, evaluating the risk in such loss exposure;

•Developing and implementing a plan to correct or prevent a loss and audit the plan to ensure its effectiveness.

•Provide advice, assist, and audit line management to ensure that effective EHS is implemented and working.

•Perform and contribute to the Site Training Plans by conducting employee orientations; emergency response training; and coordination of modular training programs for the Operation.

•Maintaining the Site Preparedness and Emergency Plans & Procedures.

•Conduct field audits, reporting and managing the corrective actions.

•Inspection and monitoring of tools and equipment ensuring it is safe to use.

•Conducting monthly inspection of fire extinguisher.

•Conducting facility, laydown and camp audit quarterly.

TEAM LEADER/ EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN-B/ FIRE FIGHTER

•Lead the Emergency Response Team and comply with policies & procedures.

•Act as a responder in medical emergency and fire incident.

•Plans and organized the Rescue Team.

•Transport the patient to a medical facility as soon as possible.

•Respond to emergency calls to provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill and injured.

•Opening and maintaining an airway and Ventilating patients

•Administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including use of automated external defibrillators;

•Providing pre-hospital emergency medical care of simple and multiple system trauma.

•Controlling hemorrhage, treatment of shock (hypo-perfusion), Bandaging wounds, Immobilization of painful, swollen, or deformed extremities, neck and spinal cord.

• Performed fire suppression and fire prevention duties to protect life and property

• Prevents fire damage by conducting surveys and inspections for hazards; enforcing codes.

•Prevent fire damage by developing and conducting educational and training programs.

•Ensures availability of water at fire scene by testing hydrants; requesting and expediting repairs; verifying repair.

•Minimizes fire damage by responding to alarms; driving and operating equipment; regulating water pressure; combating and extinguishing fires; rescuing people.
