Vice President Enterprise Architecture, 2014 - Present

Created new Enterprise Architecture organization focused exclusively on strategic pre-sales and delivery activities, including long-term account development, building the BIAS and Oracle brand, and creating multi-year strategic blueprint roadmaps. Led design of new, repeatable cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions to solve long-standing critical business issues for clients. Created vision, charter, operational best practices, and solution areas. Developed programs with marketing to build BIAS brand and establish thought leadership through speaking engagements, business and technology white papers, customer solution press releases, blog postings, and social media exposure.
