Reviewed and analyzed accident investigation reports and ensure timely actions to prevent a recurrence. Managed WSIB claims, including RTW/Modified Work Programs and lost time statistics. Reduced Lost Time Injuries by over 80% by implementing a ‘Safety Culture’ which included providing training to management and employees.

Updated, and implemented Health, Safety & Environmental programs at the Guelph CHC in accordance with Provincial, Federal, and local regulations. Applied Environmental and Safety applications (Enablon) to increase compliance, improve safety and mitigate risk. Interfaced with government agencies to maintain regulatory compliance, successful in achieving a hundred percent in health and safety during the accreditation audit.
