• Taught LabVIEW to more than 250 students of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering Department and helped them conduct various experiments to acquire data using NI-DAQ modules.

• Received Graduate Teaching Effectiveness Award in recognition of my teaching excellence at the department.

• Successfully synthesized and tested graphene-based catalyst materials for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV’s).

• Assisted the R&D team to research and develop high performance carbon bush thrust bearings to increase the load-carrying capacity and the durability of submersible pumps.

• Implemented appropriate engineering changes during the prototype phase in validating the design to approve for manufacturability and provided support to DFMEA for maintaining work quality and cost reduction.

• Generated and interpreted customer engineering specifications to align with Design, Validation & Testing and assess test results of the manufactured pump prototype.

• Increased the production of bearings by 55,536 per year by balancing assembly line and reducing the takt time of each equipment in the manufacturing process.

• Designed & analyzed bearing samples using ANSYS to evaluate its safe-load carrying capacity to assess the bearing life. Testing of the bearing sample was performed to compare with that of the simulated results.

• Performed Time and Motion study on an assembly line using Timer Pro Professional software for optimized utilization of work station, operators and production time. SKILLS
