Currently Working as Quality Assurance Engineer at Precihole Sports Pvt. Limited Thane since July 2016 till now.

Current Job profile:

Prepare and manage the overall Quality Control Plan for all steps in the manufacturing process from Raw material to finished goods.

Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer and customer warranty).

Train Quality Inspectors and Lead Hands to follow Quality Inspection Instructions.

Prepare and perform QMS (Quality Management System) audits to insure that all procedures and instructions related to the QMS are adhered to.

Carry out Supplier auditing.

Visit suppliers as required to investigate non-conformance issues.

Implement of 5’s, Kaizen, 7 Quality Tools, SQC, CAPA.

Provide technical support for issues related to new products, new customers, and/or qualification of new equipment and personnel.

When required, provide support to Purchasing for evaluation and qualification of new suppliers, or continuous improvement activities of existing suppliers.

Perform random quality checks on shop floor of C/Cs (critical characteristics) as identified by Production Planner.

Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring, rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figures.

Assist with training of quality awareness, Lean manufacturing, safety.

Assist with first off sample approvals.

Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis

Previous Work Experience:

Previously I was working at Dynamic Flow Product Pvt Ltd. At Vasai as Quality Control Engineer from December 2013 To July 2016.

Job Profile:-

Verify that all quality related activities are in accordance with codes and standards

(ASTM, NDT, APIQ1, API5CT, API16C, API 6A)

Responsible for preparing Quality Plan/PPAP/ FMEA that supports client’s requirements on quality assurance and quality control.

Responsible for all field inspections and coordination of inspection activities to ensure the quality level.

Facing of internal audits, ISO audits, API audit.

Maintain the Quality file system

Carry out Supplier auditing.

Visit suppliers as required to investigate non-conformance issues.

Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.

Prior to that I have worked at Nitin Casting Ltd. At Thane as Production Supervisor from November 2009 to July 2010.

Supervise and manage machine operators engaged in layout and machining operations (turning, milling, drilling etc).

Study production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.

Production schedules and assign work orders and duties to the machine operators.

Responsible for in-process inspection using various type of equipments such as vernier, micrometer, dial gauges, roughness tester, special tooling etc

Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the Plant Manufacturing Manager.
