Agile Coach

As an Agile Coach, I have played a key role in guiding multiple teams towards using Agile practices and values at a sustainable pace. I have facilitated scrum/kanban/waterfall activities including; running sprints, supervising daily standups, retrospective meetings and backlog refinements. Communicated key updates to stakeholders, and balanced their demands with team velocities.
