Advanced Dispute System(ADS) act as a front-end dispute, chargeback processing system for both issuing and acquiring business. Disputes are normally raised by the cardholder over what is perceived by him/her as incorrect billing.This may or may not be correct. Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact to the cardholder.The. advanced Dispute System sets up the procedure, which supports the Customer Service Officer in his/her handling of these cardholder disputes.

Role Description:

• Followed Agile Scrum methodology for development of the product.

• Designed, implemented and maintained Java application within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Involved in extensively developing and implementing requirements provided by business.
