Fabrication of two-stroke petrol engine with hydrogen gas:
Hydrogen gas was prepared using the “Electrolysis process”. Separating hydrogen and oxygen from salt water using titanium as electrolyte evolves hydrogen gas, and that gas is collected and passed through the carburetor air inlet. After passing through the carburetor, the engine is kicked off and run for an hour and test its fuel efficiency, performance characteristics and emission characteristics. Although it produces high hydrocarbon emission, the engine performance is higher compared to petrol.
Fabrication and testing of High Density Polyethylene sheet (HDPE):
High-density polyethylene or polyethylene high-density is a “Polyethylene thermoplastic” made from petroleum. It is sometimes called as alkathene or polythene which is used for pipes. In this project, we have taken 1-micron thickness HDPE sheet for testing the agricultural crops and seeds inside the tunnel shaped M.S. steel Structure to identify how fast and at what temperature it is drying for growing production without the use of electric current. For the sake of temperature rise inside the tunnel, we had fixed a blower inside the tunnel. This “forced convection” process helps the agricultural produces like crops, wheat, okra, seeds to dry fast even at different climatic conditions and the growth condition exponentially increases with respect to the thickness of the sheet.
