I am a Civil Engineer with experience in construction supervision, document and drawing preparation, quantity take off, quality control, permit coordination and interface management. In my early years as a civil engineer I have been involved in residential and commercial projects and in the past 13 years I was involved in major oil and gas projects in Qatar.

Permit to Work Coordinator
Supervise Subcontractor's PTW Coordinators in daily permit coordination with Asset and other parties involved in permit process.
Ensure daily permit required are being issued on time to avoid construction delay. Ensure permit required for construction works are applied and approved on time. Coordinate approval of permits with Asset owners and other concurrences required. Ensure close out of all expired permits.
Ensure proper documentation is in place and attached with the permit. Ensure permit application is aligned with project schedule. Knowledge in Qatargas Permit to Work Procedure.

Interface Coordinator / PTW Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating all engineering, procurement, construction and installation work related interface issues and activities between contractor, company and other asset owners engaged in the execution of the project.
Prepare and review all technical submission/packages and ensure it complies with QP/RLC guidelines prior to submittal to client.
Follow up and update Master Interface Register and Schedule. Follow up and expedite all documents required for Inteface Agreement issuance. Secure all required documents for RLC eCPW (Work Permit) application. Apply RLC eCPW (Work Permit) and ensure to get all required approvals/concurrences on time to avoid delay in construction start date.
Maintain, update and monitor permit register.
Ensure permit conditions has been explained to designated site supervisors to avoid violation. Close expired permits.
Civil Works Supervisor (Civil and Steel Structure) Supervise Temporary Site Facilities Construction (site offices, warehouse, access road, water supply, etc.) Supervise pre-casting of pipe sleepers.
Supervise civil works for Qatargas Helium 2 pipe line. Supervise installation of structural pipe bridges over existing live lines. Supervise civil construction crossing existing facilities. Supervise construction of civil structures for helium extraction unit (such as valve structures, cold box foundation, etc) which is adjacent to live plant.
Monitor progress and ensure work is done as per schedule. Ensure work is done as per project specifications and in a safe manner. Review method statements from subcontractor prior to submission to client for approval. Coordinate with client and subcontractor to resolve construction related issues encountered at site.
