SUMMARY:

●I'm ML Technical Product Manager with extensive business analyst and technology experience. I had the opportunity to data model, develop functional specifications and fine tune 100s of back end process, REST APIs, ML- AI models from a diverse set of data sources, such as: SQL views, Medical records, IOT, library of files, Dropbox, AWS-S3, emails, audio, video, to social data feeds.

●In recent projects, I used Python and Java for back end NLTK/Scikit-learn, and Angular for UI as the basic framework. JSON and XML was used to create the ingestion pipeline to APIs. All the data were normalized to project needs. Data wrangling and cleaning was executed using NLP best practices (Non-stop, error detection, sentiment, entity extraction)

●I used a mix of Agile and Waterfall methodology and gap analysis to improve the team capacity of deliver value to business. New features were managed per priority execution and to lower development risk. API prototype models were integrated to support and drive a range of business optimization such: Search ranking, Risk detection, Chatbot content generation, Web and mobile UI rendering, and categorization of content and user’s profiles.

08/18 - Present ML Model Platform migration -- ML Technical Product Manager- Atlanta - State Farm ®

●Responsible for the technology stack, and end to end product delivery from MVP to production. Conducted architecture, Devops, MLops and code review.

●Developed and Integrated recommendation engine and cloud NLP ML pipelines to promise to leverage AWS autoscale capacity. Implemented unstructured ingestion crawlers for information extraction from text, image and audio preprocessing, for feature engineering using ML models.

●Machine Learn Architect and developer at RedRabbit Project, Aggregating data and content from dozens of providers and IOT devices. Model creation, retraining and online deployment as REST-APIs.

●On Premise - Integrating ML process pipeline to a German company with 100s of 1000s of content data points. Using Word2vec NLP in Python/C++ to leverage Gensim framework to train 100s of classifiers and continuous deploy as REST APIs endpoints.

●04/2017 – 09/2018 -- Client: Boston Scientific Boston, MA

Azure and Google cloud - Implemented a RD vertical search crawler and search relevancy optimization for a major medical device USA corporation. The system is a direct customization of the RedRabbit platform, It is a big data crawling 100s of content endpoints. The content will be aggregated, and ML scored based on user selected topics. There are a continuous aggregation of IOT data, user generated content. A/B test are performed for management and deployment of 100s of AI models. It will be Mining for your target goals 24/7.

DoD Business Analytics - WorkFlow – Migration Business Analyst (Remote)

●Developed with business partners requirements burndown for Sharepoint 2013 site collections, and business sites to the newly created SP 2013 farm to 10s of project sites. The Sites were customized with business related specific metadata, list views and workflows.

●Developing Project called RedRabbit. It is a ME2B - PDS social-trusted big data platform allowing user content to be aggregated.
