Here I am presenting automatic Batching System with the help of SCADA used in many plants like chemical, cement, steel, glass industries etc. My project presents a chemical (or color) mixing process in which 2 or 3 types of chemical (or color) will be mixed up to make a required product. The chemicals will be mixed up according to their set ratio, which is set in the SCADA or HMI unit. The ratio is found using the load cell placed under the main bin. The chemicals are stored in the storage bins and from them the set amount will be taken to the main bin where the mixing takes place.an agitator is provided for proper mixing of chemicals in the main Bin. From the main bin the chemical is carried to the collecting unit .at the collecting unit collection vessels are placed and filled to the required amount. After first vessel is filled the collection unit rotates the vessels such that the second vessel comes under the filling pipe.
