DETAILS OF WORK EXPERIENCE

Working as Operations Manager in Sure Seal Trading & Contract – Qatar (Aug 2012-Present) Sure Seal is an ISO 9001:2008 certified waterproofing company providing professional services in the field of Crack Injection, Concrete Repairs, Flooring, Protective Coatings and Waterproofing. Responsibilities:-

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

Led Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of evaluations to improve work processes and equipment maintenance plans

Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.

Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.

Development of individual program budgets

Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.

Responsibilities:-

Overall supervision of specialized jobs in hand.

Preparation of daily progress reports

Preparation of estimation and quotation for all type of concrete rehabilitation & industrial coating projects

(Good knowledge of waterproofing, concrete repair and coating material from BASF, FOSROC, JOTUN, SIKA, GRACE & POLYBIT etc.)

MS Project planning & monitoring the progress of individual projects. Preparation of MIS report for the projects.

Managing all on-site project activities

Responsible for quality management system at site. Negotiations with suppliers for the material prices. Constant contact with the manufacture’s rep. to maintain the flow of material and to assure the performance is in accordance with manufacture’s recommendation.
