Supervised all operations from drilling prospects, completions and work overs, permitting, SHE compliance, facility construction, property acquisitions, personnel and all additional day to day production operations requirements.
Current on most RRC, DOT, TCEQ/ Quad “O”, GLO and COE compliance requirements, and have detailed knowledge of all auditing procedures.
Manage multiple oil and gas properties from Richmond, Rosenburg, to Seguin and down to Berclair, TX. Properties including Gulf Coast geological deposition to Lime Stone/ Austin Chalk & depositional structures from the Wilcox to the Upper Miocene trends. I am very familiar with all geological productive and nonproductive pay horizons for the production of oil and gas along the Gulf Coast of Texas. This is including EOR projects and for purpose of disposal of oil and gas waste.
Although my previous position focused on LOE and budgets, my current position has a focus on these key operational areas, with additional priorities for oil and gas development through drilling, completions and developing new areas for oil and gas, with reserve replacement being the main focus.

Manage seven oil and gas producing properties, of which I was accountable for all budget and LOE versus expense to income ratios. Know and understand budgeting processes and allocation of resources.
