Manufacturing Operations
Looked after production operations on the shop floor, entailing production planning, estimation and procurement of resources and manpower required during the process.
Manpower planning & training to line supervisors / associates on weekend on various subjects.
Making system mistake proof (people should not work, system should work.)
Minimize Rejection / Rework / Customer complaint by continuous improvement in Mfg. Process with the help of tools like Pareto Analysis / WHY- WHY Analysis/8D problem solving technique

Process Engineering
•Reviewing existing processes and initiating steps to remove their flaws with the help of manpower training and QC Tools, to enhance operational efficiency(Lean Improvement)

•Stage wise product inspection and quality measure of the product.
