Knowledge on All the Erection works with Project documentation like P&ID, Instruments Index, JB schedules, Cable schedule, Instrument Lay-out drawing, Hook-up drawing, BOM, Functional logic diagrams, Loop diagrams, I/O lists. Cable laying, Glanding, termination, Field instruments installation and Tubing like PT, TT, DPT, Level and Flow transmitters as per P&ID’s and Hook-up drawings.

Cold Loop Checking, Hot Loop checking and control panel internal wirings.

Developing Logics for PLC and Control sequences for the hardware and SCADA mapping.

Participated pre bidding for Dhaka metro BMS project (prepare IO list and estimated cable quantity with length, required panel detail, instruments quantification etc.)

1. Building Management System for Hyderabad Metro Rail.

Basic engineering, Estimation, drawing preparation and execution of BMS system in 56 Metro Stations, 6 special stations, two depot and Admin OCC building. Each station contains 700 IO and depot contains 1300 IO and admin Building contains 1800 IO’s.

2. Integrated SCADA System Doha Metro Rail.

Testing and commissioning of BACS,TVS,ENERGY,PSD,DSS,RST SYSTEMS

PRTU configuration and files deployment in site

SCADA deployment in local server

Performing PIC AND PAC activities.

Raise the IRE for formalizing the tests.

Configuration and testing of field instruments

Coordinating with interfacing parties for scheduling the testing activities

Troubleshoot the issues related to subsystems filed related issues and configuration issues

Site activities daily reporting to leads

Report preparation and submitting to client through QC
