Design And Development Of Scalar Controlled Open Loop SPWM Inverter Fed 3ɸ- Induction Motor drive And Its Harmonic Spectrum Analysis Using dSPACE 1104and OPAL –RT.

Performance of V/F control of SPWM inverter fed 3ɸ-Induction Motor drive and its harmonic spectrum analysis was studied. The 6 SPWM pulses are generated using dSPACE1104and OPAL-RT. The IGBT gate driver voltage is 15V but we get 5V from dSPACE as output, a level shifter is used. The level shifted gate voltage is used to drive the 0.37kW Induction Motor through the Semikron Module.
