Nordea is a Nordic-based financial services group operating in Northern Europe. The bank is the result of the successive mergers and acquisitions of the Finnish, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish banks of Merita Bank.
The purpose of the ToR project is to totally replace the existing 30-year-old PAL system, which does not support the business processes in Nordea Bank-DK both in SWO “Pension” and in Retail Banking DK “Account Products Services.” The enhancement in PAL system involves Analyze, develop and implement a new system to handle the collection, calculation, reporting and bookkeeping of Taxes on Return-DK Pension (aka. PAL) and also deliver a new system which supports PAL calculation for customers in Nordea Bank-DK and for all currently supported products (savings and investment products) offered by Nordea bank.

The OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Tracker Application is a system that will be used to monitor all Asset/Filler activity at each manufacturing plant in a 24-hour period. Data from the Operator Filler logs are entered into the OEE Tracker Application. The application will track production performance and downtime reason information for each filler by product type, container size and shift. The OEE Tracker Application will also produce a series of standard reports that will provide Asset Utilization and Equipment Efficiencies across the plant, with the ability to analyze performance by different dimensions (i.e. Asset, Shift, Product Type, etc.). The role of functional testing team was to test the reports related to the Asset Utilization and Equipment Efficiencies.
