PROJECT:

Preparing Electrical fixtures drawings, straight diagrams, wiring harnessing diagrams, including bill of materials and installation drawings for the design of different elevator specifications (as per client requirement-from product specification). Using SAP for preparing BOM and to maintain change history.

Responsible for technical solutions related to Electrification, cable selection, trunking selection, trunking routing Commissioning, design drawings, work instructions and test instruction.

Performed the engineering and energy calculation for the components selection Team activities:

Prepared simple XL.programmes for some Manufacturing order sheet preparation, BOM qty

(previously it was manually calculated).And preparing XL.Programmes for required design application.

Apply kaizen for design improvement.

Followed 6S activities.
