Occupied and well trained in conventional diagnostics in clinical Mycology lab.

Performed various molecular methods PCR,RFLP, etc.

Preparations of various culture media for Bacteriology, Virology and Mycology . Collected the various specimens for Microbiological analysis, processed and Identified the pathogenic bacteria and fungus.

Performed different Antibiotic Sensitivity testing for bacteria and fungus by conventional and rapid methods .

Preparation of clinical specimens for isolation of viruses and maintenance of continuous cell lines for viral isolation and Identification of viruses by recognition of CPE.

Involved in the development of Standard Operative Procedures(SOP) for Microbiological diagnostic tests during NABL audit.
