Created effective Packaging instructions for Production and Shipping departments, to increase efficiency of operators and meet customer requirements (Packaging).

Trained operators on how to follow the work instructions and Pack the parts according to the customer requirement.

Learned how to increase efficiency of a production line by calculating bottleneck capacity of the line and, decreasing downtime of the machines and line.

Supervising and leading (in a support role), the production activities in the preparation section of built-up.

Developing weekly and monthly plans for operators.

Assigning work load to the operators on each shift.
