Wholly responsible for day-to-day operations in Fabrication Facility while overseeing field installation for structural steel. Led and managed staff and ensuring achievement of objectives; evaluated performance and recommended PIs as necessary. Identified and improved processes to increase efficiency and achieve on-time delivery as committed. Performed estimating and negotiations including design build concepts. Developed job costing program to accurately track fabrication and field erection costs.

Dramatically increased sales from $800K to $3.5M while reducing staff from 25 to 15 and achieving zero compromise to quality and production standards.

In my career I have built 4 multi million dollar projects at the University of Nevada Reno,-- UNR School of Journalism, Bridge Sciences Building, Med Science Lab Facility and the Judicial Center. These were all projects between 6 and 12 million.
In Battle Mountain I completed the Security Facility which was a two story county jail that had court rooms and the new Sheriffs’ offices.
For the Desert Research Center I completed their Science lab and their new conference center. This project exceeded 13 million dollars.
