Duties and Responsibilities:

Day to day observation of site activities to determine the works followed as per MS and approved working drawings.

Provide value engineering in determining the best solution to Engineering problem.

Ensure that a design brief is prepared with full consultation, is adequate and is in accordance with the actual situation on site.

If any proposed changes in materials or construction are checked against the original design and appropriate action taken and inform to methods department for FCR.

After a final check which is satisfactory, issue a permit Permit to load (PTL), Permit to Pour(PTP) formal permission to bring into use.

Ensure that all the site operations are controlled by the safe system of work defined approved method statements, risk assessment and procedure.

Project: Design and construction of Lusail Light Rail Transit System, lusail infrastructure, LRT station, Viaduct and LRT Depo. The Network comprises 22.7km of at-grade and elevated railway and 10.4km of cut-and-cover construction, plus 10 underground and 26 surface stations.
