Project Site- Nokia Solutions & Network Karnal.

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES (Field Operation Engineer):

Monitoring First level site maintenance, fault troubleshooting, intimation, escalation and co-ordination with performance department to maintain maximum network up-time.

Carrying out maintenance and software up-gradation activities for BSC.

Attending different types of Transcoder (TCSM) problems which are related to BSC and MSC.

Carrying out site expansions, segmentation and migrations and configuration changes of Vodafone network.

Support to project engineers to resolve issues, which arise during establishment phase of the network.

Well co-ordination across the cluster for different activities like preventive maintenance, acceptance testing for microwave links and BTS.

Co-ordination with team to clear fiber related issues.

Job Title:

Worked as a WFM Executive in Ericsson Fourm from Aug-2014 to July-2017.

Blocking-deblocking of TRX.

Creating Local Channel(s) for BSCs.
