JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROCESS

Cash Postings (Back Office):

• Accounts for maintaining Back office records for the clients with the efficient use of enhanced macros and manual inputs.

• Reporting on day to day basis for the transactions processed.

• Analysis of the money movement and its necessary adjustment with different custodies.

• Processing of payments and receipts with allotted range of applications like MTS and GCM

• Provide daily reports on the transactions processed directly by the client within the prescribed cut offs.

Overdrafts:

• To provide reports for clients regarding the accounts overdrawn on a daily basis with in the specific cut offs.

• Investigate the reason for the cause of overdraft and allocate it to the concerned team.

• Advise client with the detailed report and the measures to rectify the overdraft in case of client coverage.

• To liaise with various internal teams to settle or clear the overdraft.

• To adhere to the queries received from clients and provide timely resolutions. PERSONAL DETAILS
