PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Currently working as a Legal Associate & Adviser at Saviour Legal Solution, Since August 2018 at Tis Hazari Courts & Delhi High Court. I have a great independent exposure of working on different types of subject matters & Jurisdictions. I am successfully & regularly appearing in Delhi High Court & District Courts, NCLT, NGT, DRT, CDRF, CAT & Other Tribunals on the behalf of my esteemed firm. I am an experienced legal practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry. Here, my responsibilities are to handle the clients and offering best legal solutions to them, drafting, pleading and researching of latest case laws, filing

& appearing in the courts & tribunals. Apart from this I am also having an exposure of cross examinations as well as final arguments. I am skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Legal Drafting & Pleading, IPR, Commercial & Corporate Laws, Bankruptcy Laws, Civil and Criminal Laws, etc. I have done my law from Delhi University and Post Graduate Diploma Program (PGDP) from Indian Law Institute.

Worked as an Attorney Associate at Integreon Managed Pvt Solution at Noida Office, Since May to August (2018). There I had been acknowledged by my manager & seniors for my performance & accuracy in my work. I undertake tasks related to Document Review. I have the responsibility to do work as team member. I have the experience of working and handling workflows on E-discovery platforms (Relativity). I have worked on privilege review, relevant or not relevant to financial institutions and Pharma industry and other regulatory bodies. I have a great researching skill over the online legal search portals and excel in Drafting Petitions, Legal Notices, Applications and Appeals.
