Project Scope of Work:
The scope of the project is construction of
infrastructure works in the Area 1. It consists of Roads, Storm water, Sewerage. Street lights,
Irrigation, Telecom works, Electrical works,

Prime Responsibilities:
Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and
monitor all activities related to Quality
Management System.
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire

results, Inspection requests, Non-Compliance
Reports and Site Observation Reports other
QA/QC documents.
Performing the site inspections with

Responsible for closure of Non-conformance

Responsible for the quality and workmanship of
every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases
of engineering construction relating to Civil, and Structural discipline interfacing the
multidisciplinary operations.
Ensuring the quality of works at site.
Method statement and ITP preparation for each
activity for client approval
Carryout Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Material approvals from Client/Consultant.
Raising RFI and MRI as per site requirement.
