I have been joined as Jr.Mechanical Engineer, taking care of water forwarding stations, blending stations and chlorination plants. Doing preventive Maintenances, shut down Maintenance along with WTD & operations based on SCADA. Installation, testing and commissioning of inline instruments such as flow meters, valves etc. along with Bahrain ministry of works.

Perform pump alignment inspection and correction.

Participates in execution of shutdown and major overhaul maintenance activities.

Perform general maintenance and repair activities on all mechanical equipment’s in preventive, corrective and troubleshooting activities in plants.

Assist the maintenance team in establishing priorities, making improvements on work methods, evaluating modification proposals and failure analysis.

Plans and prepares the list of spares, tools and other material required for shutdown and running maintenance jobs

Conduct tool box meeting with subordinates for discussing safety and methods of completing job tasks.

Directs and participates in performing condition monitoring or rotary equipment and advises on the maintenance schedule based on the analysis.

Report any significant fault that may affect the safety and operational efficiency of the equipment’s and piping.

Update the equipment data, history and maintenance records regularly.

Conducts all work activities in safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Knowledgeable in utilization of technical manuals and manufactures catalogs and experience in interpretation of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID's)

Preparation of engineering documents.
