Managed 3 supervisors, 6 leads and 40 maintenance personnel.

Responsible for all maintenance aspects from building, boilers, ammonia system and all equipment in plant.

Responsible for up to 4.4 million dollars of capital projects. Including installation of Subway Philly steak line. Which was completed on time and under budget.

Automation of Pizza Hutt ham line which resulted in reducing work force on line from 15 people to 7. Also doubled production output from 30,000 lb. a shift to 65,000 lb. a shift.

Responsible for 6 thousand dollar maintenance daily expense budget.

Responsible for implementation for S.A.P and M.P2 C.M.M.S system for parts room inventory control, Preventive maintenance, work orders and cost tracking.

Implemented in house machine rebuild shop. We rebuilt all major brands of packaging equipment and Slicers. Multivac, Cryovac, Onpack, Ryowa and Formax.
