Job Responsibilities

To prepare production plan day wise based on available capacity.

Meeting regarding production planning.

Analyze work force utilization by operational data and process flow chart.

Overall responsibility of target plan vs actual.

Data analysis on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Improvement activities like kaizens and quality circles.

Design and implement ways to increase productivity by considering factors like fatigue, workflow and layout using PDCA.

Involvement in New Part Development.

To support Cross Functional Team and standardize the method of production to maintain

quality standards.
