Academic Project Profile

Undertaken a PG main project works known as “A CAD APPROACH FOR DEVICE MODELLING OF SCALED MOSFETs WITH DEEPLY RETROGRADE CHANNEL PROFILE” which could design a MOSFET of deeply retrograde channel profile to overcome severe short channel effects and transport degradation.

Undertaken a UG main project works known as “ANALYSIS OF DIABETIC RETINOPATHY USING DIGITAL IMAGE”. The process and knowledge of digital image processing to diagnose diabetic retinopathy from images of retina.

Undertaken a UG mini project works known as “MOBILE BUG” which can detect mobile who are having in a classrooms or in official places.
