Currently managing an Ultra-Pure (UP) Sulfuric Acid manufacturing plant that delivers high quality acid to commercial as well as Semi-Conductor customers. Responsibilities include production, quality, maintenance, engineering, EH&S, and, S/R.
Successfully restarted the plant which had been in shut down for several months prior to my joining the company

Successfully lead a $50 Million Specialty Chemicals and Gases plant that produced several High Purity Specialty Chemicals and Gases for the Semi-Conductor Industries. Processes included batch managed, as well as continuous. Clients included some of the world class Semi-Conductor chip manufacturers.
Improved process efficiency by 20%+ and completed projects on time and on budget.
Reduced customer complaints by 5% year over year, reduced the OSHA recordable rate to 0, and improved on-time delivery by 20%+.
Managed a reduction in plant spend by 5% to 10% year over year.
Reviewed processing schedules and production orders using SAP to manage inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.

Reduced OSHA recordable rate by 96% and lost time by 85%+, saving $220k+ per year.
Improved on-time shipments to 98%+ and reduced OOS by 80%+, saving $500k+ per year in re-processing costs.
Led $12M in capital projects, including the installation of a 150’ distillation column, one new product line and revamp of an old processing area.
