Position: Network Infrastructure Manager
Managed the technical support staff at MCLINC headquarters and administer the consortium‘s Wide Area Network (WAN) to ensure the effective delivery and access of electronic resources to MCLINC's 16 local libraries (32 locations in total) including the Integrated Library System (ILS).

Administered network infrastructure and Department of State applications for the Philadelphia Passport Agency.
