Chicago Sports Medicine Institute DME Manager December 2018 to Present
Started a new Durable Medical Equipment division within a physician's practice for the state of Illinois. Acquired state license, product contracts and have consistent interactions with insurance and worker's comp providers. Solely responsible for developing new income streams within division, primarily with physical therapy and physician groups. Deliver frequent group product presentations to potential clients on how to utilize product for patient benefit. Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Forecast and track key account metrics. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
